If you submitted your resume in November or December, January and February are a great time to resubmit it.

Annual bonuses have just been received – many companies deliver their employee bonuses during the holidays. Some employees wait to make any jobs changes until after they have received their bonus. This can result in new openings that may not have existed in the Fall.
